Frequently Asked Question

Fix: Sensors not recognized by Windows (EN)
Last Updated 2 months ago

When you connect a sensor to your computer if nothing happen on your computer or if it shows an error saying the device is not recognized, first try to use another USB cable. Ensure the USB cable is a data and power cable. Some cables are power only, so it won't work.

After ensuring you are using the correct cable, if your Windows computer still shows the following error message "USB device not recognized", you must reinstall/change the driver of the USB controller used for the sensor.
The correct driver is WinUSB Device.
