What should I do if the Inspirit V1 or FieldWiz V2 sensor LED is flashing yellow/orange, is not recognized by the docking and cannot be turned off (EN)

If this happens the first time the sensor is started, just empty the internal memory.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Allow the sensor to fully discharge to turn itself off.
  2. Once the sensor is off, connect it to your computer.
  3. On your computer open our RAW page: https://www.raw.insiders.live/
  4. Click on the "Connect" button.
  5. Once the sensor is connected to the RAW page, click on the "Erase Data" button.
  6. Wait for a confirmation message to appear on the RAW page.
  7. You can now disconnect the sensor from your computer and put it on charge.
  8. Once the sensor is fully charged, you can use it normally.

If this happens after you have already used the sensor several times:

  1. Allow the sensor to fully discharge to turn itself off.
  2. Then try to turn it back on.
  3. If this does not solve the problem, try to update the Firmware by following the following procedure: How To Update A FieldWiz Sensor V2 (Without Docking Station).
  4. If that still does not solve the problem, follow the procedure indicated at the very top of this page.
  5. If none of these steps solve the problem, please contact us.
